Visit to the Science Centre again...

We went to the science centre about 2 weeks ago. This picture was taken outside the entrance while waiting for it to open at 10am.

We were quite lucky that day as the eggs in the Science Centre were due to hatch on Day 21. When we reached there, one of the eggs had already hatched and the chick was resting all on it's own feeling lonely. We noticed another egg which was like 30% through its cracking through the egg and decided to try our luck in waiting for it to hatch. Well, the boys were quite impatient and went off and back to watch the egg.

After about 20 mins wait, the chick gave a final push and broke out of its shell. It ended that I was the one who witness that special moment. Hmm...It was my first time seeing such a scene and it was really interesting. Imagine us mummies getting damn tired after giving birth...Well, I think it is the same for the chick. It was so tired after all the pushing that it just "dropped dead". I was told by the helpers in the centre that if the chick is brown, then it is girl. It will be yellow if it is a boy. Cool...

Here's a pic of Marcus playing at the waterworks in the centre. Oops...the visit there had left Bryan some interesting "memory". He likes to walk around on his own and refuse to follow us here and there. In the end, he got lost TWICE in the centre. Ha Ha Ha... Well, I was not worried at all as it was an enclosed area. I was sure I can find him. For both instances, he was "found" by the staff at the centre. I teased him for breaking the centre's record by getting lost twice. Ha Ha Ha...

Imagine Bryan pretending to be brave. He did not cry when we got him back. When I probe him further, he started crying and said this, "I looked here and looked there...but I cannot find you and papa..." and kept on crying. It was so funny for me to see that and I kept reminding him to remember this lesson!!!
