Bottle Tree Park and Pics

This picture was taken at the playground at the Bottle Tree Park. It was Bryan's first time on the swing. He was initially afraid of sitting there alone but after getting the hang of it, he actually loved it.

Marcus also went on a try on the swing after he saw that Bryan tried it and had enjoyed it. But he was not so happy that I wanted a pic of him. Ha Ha...

I took Bryan out for lunch at Crystal Jade and we enjoyed ourselves. He finished ALL the soup noodles by himself and when even request me to order egg tarts for him! And he ate 2 of them! His stomach was really really big when we're done. ^_^

This was a day when Grandmother was sick and I took the boys home straight from school. They had great fun on the slides. It feels good that they can enjoy some fun before bath time and dinner time. Not something that I could do often since I need to work.

My Department in Novo Nordisk

Today we had the longest department lunch and the first one after the news of the closure of the Singapore office. We went to Ellenborough Market Café at Swissotel Merchant Court. The food was ok but the dessert was great. Especially the Chendol ice-cream and durian puree. Ha Ha...

This is the whole of my department. Total 16 of us. All are shiny stars!

Sick again

Both Marcus and Bryan are down with cough. Bryan seems to be worse along with slight fever of 37.5 degrees. Hence, Bryan went to Grandma's place instead of school.

Situation 1
I told Bryan that he likely can go back to school tomorrow as he finally passed motion this morning. So when he was at my mum's place, he told them that he will not be going to their place tomorrow because he will go back to school. I was surprised that he remembers.

Situation 2
On our way up to my mum's place, I told Bryan to be a good boy and don't run at my mum's place. When I called him from my workplace later, the first and only sentence he says to me was "Mummy, I'm good boy. I no run".

Well, Bryan seems full of energy and I'm sure he can go back to school tomorrow. Marcus has sort of "lost" his voice a little. Hopefully it gets well soon.
